TAMARA de SILVA

Tamara has worked primarily for large Australian market research companies as National Information Manager and Operations Manager. She is recognised as one of Australia's most experienced CATI facilities managers. Prior to establishing the company in 1997, Tamara was contracted to work for European Marketing Information Services (EMiS), a leading CATI facility in Europe where, as Surveycraft expert, she established the procedures and support network, trained the programming team and liaised with the software distributor in the introduction of Surveycraft to EMiS. JANET BROOKES

(MRSA Member) Janet has over 13 years practical experience in telephone surveys.

Working previously for one of Australia's largest market research companies as National Project Manager and State Field Manager, Janet has been involved in all aspects of the data collection process. From staff recruiting, training and management, to the development and implementation of field management reporting systems. Janet co-ordinates all quality control implementation procedures at Field Works and has a deep commitment to maintaining and improving quality standards.

MINNY BESANT

Senior Analyst.

Minny was formerly a senior data analyst at Yann Campbell Hoare Wheeler and prior to that at AGB McNair. He has a Graduate Diploma in Market Modelling from Swinburne Univ and he has over 10 years experience in market research analysis.

JOSH McPHERSON

Josh worked for many years as a CATI interviewer before taking up a full time role at Field Works.  He is across all areas of field administration including coding.  He draws on his field experience when quality and logic checking questionnaires prior to going into field.  MRSA associate member.
